Every photo, email, and document. On the record.
Evidence AI builds a tamper-evident AI evidence trail for your case files: every item hashed at intake, analyzed on-device, and logged in an append-only chain of custody. Installed privately for law firms, investigators, and claims teams. I set it up on your machine, verify the intake flow, hand over the code, and you keep using it locally.
Add photos, emails, and documents to a case, preserve hashes, assign exhibit IDs, and keep notes with the source file instead of scattering them through folders.
An append-only chain of custody, access logs, and redaction audit screens record what happened to every item, so the office can show its work, not just assert it.
The app runs locally. After paid setup, you receive the code copy so your office can keep it, inspect it, and patch it later.
On-device AI evidence analysis
Every capability runs locally on your Mac with Apple's on-device Vision and Natural Language frameworks. Photos, emails, and documents are analyzed on your machine. Nothing is uploaded.
Each file is hashed and fingerprinted at intake, with duplicate detection and tamper-evident re-hashing on demand.
Full EXIF extraction with capture device, timestamps, and geotags plotted straight onto a map.
On-device face detection finds and counts faces in a frame, ready for review or redaction.
Blur selected faces with a Gaussian pass, logged to the custody trail for privacy-safe disclosure.
Automated evidence extraction from emails (headers, body, attachments), PDFs, Word, Excel, and text files, plus OCR on images. Names, dates, and entities detected; everything searchable across the whole case.
An append-only audit log records every action, building court-ready provenance for each exhibit.
What is an AI evidence trail?
An AI evidence trail is a record that can vouch for itself. Every file (a photo, an email, a contract) is fingerprinted with a SHA-256 hash the moment it enters the case, so any later change is detectable. Every action after that (analysis, notes, redaction, export, verification) is written to an append-only chain-of-custody log that nothing in the app can edit or delete. When someone asks "where did this come from and what happened to it?", the trail answers with timestamps and hashes instead of memory.
The AI half does the reading for you: on-device evidence analysis pulls text out of images, extracts headers, bodies, and attachment inventories from emails, mines PDFs and Word files, detects faces and objects, and surfaces names, dates, and places as searchable entities: evidence management without a night of manual tagging. The analysis runs locally, so the evidence never leaves the machine it lives on.

Real screens from the app
The pitch is simple: the app is free, setup is not.
This is not a subscription product. The offer is a practical install and handoff: configure the app, load a sample case, verify intake and reporting on your computer, then give you the code and a short handoff walkthrough.
Future changes, maintenance, hosting, or compliance review are separate paid work. That keeps the first purchase understandable: pay once to get the tool working in your environment.
Typical local setup starts around $750 for one workstation and a verified sample evidence flow. Private-server, hosted, multi-user, or custom export needs are scoped before payment.
What setup includes
- Install the app and dependencies on your Mac or workstation.
- Create a sample evidence case and verify file intake.
- Show hashing, notes, preview, chain-of-custody, and export flows.
- Hand over the code copy and explain what is included.
